The ''DARE DANCE DIGITALIZE- The 3D Project''' is a comprehensive interdisciplinary project. It comes to cover the absence of interdisciplinary projects that combine different sciences and to bring physical theater/dance theater and psychology closer to society and closer to digital technology. Antonis Bertos is its initiator and collaborates with 14 years of experience in the field, in national and European programs and founder of the dance theater group The Face of Men Dancetheatre Co. The 3D project is one of 30 projects among 700 projects from all over Europe, selected for its innovation and funded by the European program i-portunus creative europe to travel to Dusseldorf November 1-18, 2019. Also , is an implemented youth exchange program between Greece and Germany from 10/2018 until today.
The goals of DARE DANCE DIGITALIZE is to harmoniously combine the above 3 areas, based on the principle of interdisciplinarity and to contribute:
- In the creation of performances, short films & videodance with a strong artistic and social impact
- In the development of performative interdisciplinary research methodology
- In interdisciplinary education
The vision of is to unite more artists, more cities, people, different social groups, organizations (cultural organizations, theaters, museums, mental health companies, refugees, elderly care centers and other vulnerable groups) through performances, videodance, short films, research and '' dream artistic dialogues'' that will bring the multifaceted populations living in Greece and Europe into communication, at a time when the challenges are enormous and the response to them must contain more art-communication-research-inclusion and a greater passion for Zoe!
