The 3D project-History
Cologne -10/2018
In October 2018, at the 3rd Youth Forum in Cologne, Germany, started the cooperation within the framework of the Greek-German exchanges that laid to the formation of the Dare Dance Digitalize The 3d project- an interdisciplinary art project for young men and women that combines contemporary dance, Nonviolent Communication (by Psychologist Dr. Marshall Rosenberg) and Digital Technology. The inspirer of the project is Antonis Bertos psychologist & performer.
The experiential workshop at the 3rd Youth Forum lasted 1,5 hour with participants from Greek and German organizations. Through experiential exercises of dance, breathing and psychology, the participants explored their relationship with their body, the need to express their emotions and their concerns through physical expression.
In the workshop it was realized how interdisciplinarity (dance / dance pedagogy, psychology and digital technology) can be the beginning for greater inclusion of young people but also to improve their relationships. Such a program could be included in the Greek-German exchanges and in the newly established Hellenic-German Youth Foundation, as dance, psychology and digital technology are important tools for direct communication between young people in both countries.
Leipzig-05/2019
In May 2019, Antonis Bertos accompanied a group of 5 young people from Connect your city to Barcamp in Leipzig, where he had the opportunity to present the Dare Dance Digitalize -The 3D project, this time with the participation of young people from Greece and Germany. The young people came from different places (two contemporary dance students, a film student, a psychology student and an occupational therapy student) and were able to gain very important experiences from the above trip, both from the presentation of their own project and from attending other meetings at the Barcamp.
At the Leipzig Barcamp , the young participants participated in a 15-minute dance performance by the two young dancers (Maria Giannoula, Sofia Martiou) followed by the young psychologist (Grigoris Georgakopoulos) and the young occupational therapist (Michalis Sarikos). Antonis Bertos invited the audience to go on stage treating the two dancers as living museum exhibits. Anyone who wanted ,could stand near or far from the two dancers, dance with them or use digital technology (under the guidance of film student Elisabeth Alexopoulou) and write down the title of the show, which appeared automatically in video projection.
The aim was to create a performance and an interdisciplinary experiential workshop that will include both Greek and German youth and make them feel safe and express themselves in many ways. The peculiarities of a project, which is both interdisciplinary and at the same time intercultural, proved to be particularly interesting. They made us focus on what participants from the two different cultures would like to see, what makes sense for both groups.

Everyday a liitle bit closer- Andriani Vlastari
We all explore our relationships with people and our relationship with space and time. We create fluid systems that pulsate and change affecting every moment of our life. If a table is added in our space, a union will emerge. Emotions and thoughts will be reflected on the table. Will this relationship work out? Will a conflict arise? Or the sense of giving? Are relationships of the past, capable of being projected around the table? All these negotiations are the ones that lead us everyday a little bit closer to ourselves.

Artemis Papageorgiou //////////IN BETWEEN\\\\\\\\\\\\
What exists between two neighboring countries? A sea of expectations, obstacles, goals, passages, paths and a literal sea that turns them into communicating vessels. The performer’s personal journey over the last four years between Greece and Italy anchors in the former New Philadelphia Zoo.
How does the sea of a personal journey relate to the condition of a ruined fantasy and the echo of the imprisonment of animals in cages? The urban space of the park brings its own performance and its own flow, through the movement of the body that enters, through the journey’s transport, so as to remain there, in between.

Lia Boura - e * motion, anatomy of the movement and emotion
Motion intelligence: a look at the evolutionary journey. How can a delicate flower do, so as not to get burned near the crater of a volcano? How much freedom has a mobile device with movable joints as each stage of the movement changes the information about the position of the movable limb in space?
How does an organism that is born, lives and dies at the same place, move?
How clever is the amphibian left to the randomness of the sea-waves so as to be fed, instead of chasing?
Each move has the character of a complex operating system and the elements that take part in its performance vary, as it is possible that the same result can be achieved through completely different ways.
When you feel overwhelmed by emotions and thoughts, you have to move to be liberated and dominated, to give birth to the form of your experience and provide the meaning you wantQ Dare and Dance! …..and Digitalize
